North Star Network (NSN) has officially acquired Bojoko, a leading iGaming affiliate brand, in a strategic move that underscores the company’s ambitious expansion into the casino space. The acquisition, finalized on February 14, includes all Bojoko assets and provides the Malta-based company with the financial and operational resources to scale its presence in the competitive iGaming affiliate market.

This deal is structured with a combination of upfront and earnout payments, valuing the acquisition at 3.0-4.5x 2025 EBITDA, contingent on Bojoko’s future performance.
